On the premise of ensuring the cooling performance and flash point of the oil, the viscosity of the oil should be as small as possible, so as to reduce the carrying loss and facilitate the cleaning of the workpiece.
Kinematic viscosity is an important index of heat treatment oil, and its change reflects the aging degree of quenching oil.
Let's use the viscosity ratio.
Viscosity ratio = viscosity of service oil/viscosity of new oil
The ratio of kinematic viscosity of the oil in service (40 ° C, 100 ° C) to that of the new oil is recommended not to exceed 1.3.
The kinematic viscosity of quenching oil in China is 15-40mm2 /s(40 ° C) for cold oil and 15-50 mm2 /s(100 ° C) for hot oil.

First, preparation work
1. After the instrument is unpacked, please count the accessories according to the packing list. If there is any damage, please contact our company.
2. The instrument should be carried vertically, and the tilt Angle along the height of the instrument should not exceed 30 degrees. It should be placed in a dark place and placed smoothly, otherwise there will be vibration after the start of the instrument, which will affect the service life of the instrument.
3, the instrument power supply is connected to the capacity of more than 220V/10A socket, pay attention to must have a good grounding wire.
Second, the experimental process
The functions of the instrument are described as follows according to different interfaces:
1. Switch on the machine and display the name of the instrument. After 2 seconds, it will automatically enter the test interface.
2. Test interface:
As shown in the figure above, there are two buttons on the top of the interface: "Main Interface", "Parameter Settings", "System Settings" and "Historical Data".
When the temperature of the constant temperature bath is equal to the set temperature, click "Start" constant temperature time to start the timing. When the set constant temperature time is reached, the timing will stop automatically. The buzzer will alarm for 3 seconds.
Press the "Stop" button to terminate the test without saving the test results.
