Preparation of oil leakage proof parts
The oil leakage prevention part is composed of inner ring, outer ring and polyester film, which is set to prevent the oil in the sample cup from leaking to the instrument probe. It is always used in the use of the instrument.
1. place the oil leakage proof steel inner ring in the large concave circle of the pressure seat, with the small round base of the inner ring facing upward, and then place the polyester film in the middle on the small round bottom of the inner ring, as shown in figure (a);
2. put the oil leakage proof outer ring sleeve on the inner ring with film, and press it slightly after placing it properly; See figure (b);
3. press the outer ring to the bottom with the gland, as shown in figure (c);
4. remove the gland, remove the oil leakage proof parts from the pressure seat, and observe the polyester film. If it is tight and flat, it meets the requirements. Cut off the excess polyester film of exposed parts for standby; See figure (d);
