1 In a dry, clean beaker, fill the sample with dry powder and scrape the surface flat with a scraper.
2 Place the beaker on the shaker, clamp it with a fixture, and shake for 5 min; The beaker was removed and humidified for 24 h in a constant at (21±3) ℃ and 78% relative humidity. Then it was transferred to an electric thermostatic drying oven at (48±3) ℃ for drying for 24 h.
3 Determination of needle penetration: the needle tip should be close to the surface of the sample, and the distance between the needle penetration points and the cup wall should not be less than 10 mm. After the needle fell into the sample for 5 s, the depth of needle insertion was recorded, and three needle insertion points were measured for each beaker.
4, The results
The mean value of the 9 test results with a deviation of less than 5% from the mean value was taken as the measurement result.
