Automatic determination of condensation point of pour point depressant
Pour point depressant refers to chemicals that can reduce the freezing point of lubricating oil. It is generally a polymer organic compound. Many varieties of pour point depressant are the same as oil and gas development.
The varieties commonly used in lubricating oil are alkyl naphthalene, polymethacrylate, polya-olefin and so on.
Among them, polya-olefin (code T803) is a new light color pour point depressant developed in the 1970s.
Using soft wax cracking olefin as raw material, after proper refining, the polymerization was carried out in the presence of Ziegler-Natta catalyst, the molecular weight was adjusted with H2, and the catalyst was removed with esterification water after treatment.
