SH017 Automatic constant temperature coning meter
Coning degree refers to the standard cone (generally a total load of 150 grams, there are provisions for 100 grams) in 5 seconds into the insulation at 25℃ when the depth of grease sample. The unit is 1/10 of a millimeter. The greater the needle penetration, the softer the grease, that is, the smaller the consistency; On the contrary, the harder the grease is, the greater the consistency. Bitumen penetration is measured by standard needle with a load of 100 grams instead of a standard cone.
SH017 automatic constant temperature cone needle penetration tester is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements and relevant provisions of GB/T269 and GB/T4509 standards of the People's Republic of China, mainly suitable for grease (or vaseline) cone penetration test. Traffic highway engineering and other industrial sectors can be widely used.
