More and more waste tires produced, but can not be corresponding to the timely and appropriate treatment, resulting in a "black pollution". The thermal cracking of waste tire represents the development direction of recycling and utilization.

What are the applications of hot cracking oil obtained from waste tire pyrolysis?

The pyrolytic oil of waste tire is burned directly as fuel. Because the pyrolytic oil is a wide range oil, it can be cut into light fraction, medium fraction and heavy fraction after distillation. Different processing schemes can be determined according to the characteristics of each fraction, so as to improve the value of waste tire pyrolytic oil.

1) Light fraction (initial distillation point ~204 C)
Light fraction can be hydrorefined to remove sulfur and oxygen, extract aromatic hydrocarbons and limonene, and then further refined to get a chemical product BTX and limonene. Limonene is used to clean circuit board, and if it can be used reasonably, the added value of waste tire pyrolysis oil can be reasonably increased.
2) Medium fraction (204~350 C)
The medium fraction can be used as the blending component of low freezing point diesel oil after hydrotreating.
3) Heavy fractions (& GT; 350 C)
Heavy fractions can be used as fuel oil for diesel generators, engines, heavy machinery, boiler heating, etc. You can also get bitumen as a product. Asphalt can be used to pave roads or sent to asphalt plants for refining.

SH6536 Automatic distillation tester adopts color LCD display screen, Chinese menu man-machine dialogue, wizard operation, the determination process is all automatic. In accordance with the national standard GB/T6536 "Petroleum products distillation determination method" and ASTMD 86 requirements designed, using embedded computer, can automatically measure the initial distillation point of coal tar, 10%, 30%, 50%, 70%, 90% and dry point.
