ST149 Automatic Grease Oxidation Stability Tester
The ST149 automatic grease oxidation stability tester is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB / T21121-2007 Animal and Plant Fat Oxidation Stability Measurement (Accelerated Oxidation Test). It is controlled by a single chip microcomputer, LCD display, automatic results, and automatic printing.
OSI (Oxidative Stability Index), during the measurement, the hot air at a certain temperature is passed into the oil sample to accelerate the oxidation of glycerin fatty acid and produce volatile organic acids. The air brings the volatile organic acid into a conductive chamber. The indoor water dissolves the volatile organic acid and ionizes the ions, thereby changing the conductivity of the water. The computer continuously measures the conductivity of the conductive chamber.
