ST001E Automatic Colorimeter is used to measure the whiteness, yellowness, color, and color difference of objects. It can also measure the opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient, light absorption coefficient, and ink absorption value of paper. It is widely used in flour, starch, mineral powder, papermaking, printing, ceramics, chemical industry, textile printing and dyeing, building materials, grain, salt making, and other industries.

 

The specific functions of the instrument are as follows:

 

1. Measure the color and chromatic aberration reflected by the object, which can be displayed or printed: diffuse reflection factors Rx, Ry, Rz, stimulus values Y10, X10, Z10, chromaticity coordinates x10, y10; Brightness L *, chromaticity a *, chromaticity b *, chromaticity C * ab, hue angle h * ab, main wavelength λ D. Excitation purity Pe, color difference Δ E * ab, poor brightness Δ L *, poor chromaticity Δ C * ab, tone difference Δ H * ab, Hunter Systems L, a, b.

Main performance parameters

1.The instrument adopts a 7.0 inch, 65k color, high-definition color LCD touch screen, with a simple and friendly human-computer interaction interface, which is simple and convenient to operate.

2.The instrument has a compact structure and novel appearance. One-click operation abandons the old manual rotation of the handwheel, automatic switching of optical paths, and automatic positioning, truly realizing fully automatic testing, which not only improves testing efficiency, but also greatly reduces human error.

3.Using a 32-bit MCU microcomputer processor, high-speed operational amplifier chips, and high-precision ADC converters, advanced circuit design effectively ensures the accuracy and stability of measured data.

4. The instrument simulates D65 illumination. CIE 1964 supplementary chromaticity system and CIE 1976 (L * a * b *) color space color difference formula are used.

5. The instrument uses d/o illumination to observe geometric conditions. The diameter of the diffusion sphere is 150 mm, and the diameter of the test hole is 30 mm. A light absorber is provided to eliminate the impact of specular reflection of the sample.

The instrument is embedded with a serial port thermal printer, which eliminates the need for ink and ribbons, has no noise during operation, and has fast printing speed.

6.This instrument is equipped with corresponding communication interface, which can cooperate with microcomputer software for communication.

7. The instrument has power off protection, and calibration data will not be lost after power off.

10. It has data non-linear processing and data smoothing functions, and can automatically correct multiple points.
