GBT8034 Coking benzene copper corrosion tester measuring principle and experimental steps
The principle of
Soak a polished copper sheet in a certain volume of sample and heat it at a specified time and temperature. The copper sheet is then removed, cleaned and compared with the standard colorimetric plate to determine the corrosion level.
Instrument: SD5096 copper corrosion tester
Test steps
Pour 30 mL of anhydrous sample into a clean and dry test tube. Within 1 min after the final polishing of the copper sheet, slide it into the test tube containing the sample and plug it with a cork. Put it into the tube holder in the thermostatic water bath (5.3), keep it at 50 ℃ 1℃ for 3 h and 5 min, then eat out the tube, take out the copper piece with tweezers, clean it in a glass vessel with 2.2.4-pentane (4 cleaning agent), then take out the copper piece immediately, and blot the cleaning agent dry with quantitative filter paper (no wiping). Carefully slide the copper sheet into a flat tube, plug it with absorbent cotton, and compare it with a standard colorimetric plate at 45* Angle. To check for signs of discoloration and corrosion.
