An overview of the distillation range for light diesel oil and the test methods and standards

50% distillate temperature: indicates the content of the light fraction in diesel fuel. If the temperature is low, the fraction is light, with fast evaporation and combustion speed and easy engine start.

Too light a diesel fraction is also detrimental to combustion.
Because of the low cetane value and long combustion retardation period, the diesel fuel with too light fraction is easy to evaporate and produce detonation when fired.

90% distillate temperature: refers to the content of heavy fraction. This temperature is high, heavy fraction is large, spray atomization is poor, evaporation is slow, combustion is incomplete, thermal decomposition occurs at high temperature and carbon accumulation is generated, which makes exhaust belt black smoke, increases oil consumption, and increases mechanical wear at the same time.

SH6536 automatic distillation tester adopts color LIQUID crystal display screen, Chinese menu man-machine dialogue, wizard operation, the measurement process is all automatic.
In line with the national standard GB/T6536 "petroleum products distillation determination method" and ASTMD 86 requirements designed, using embedded computer, imported industrial control computer, 12.1 inch LCD touch screen, man-machine dialogue interface friendly, easy to operate the test.
Using single chip microcomputer and intelligent control technology, the distillation test process of temperature and cooling, distilling liquid level tracking, distillation rate control, recovery of liquid volume control, temperature record, test results printing, etc., are all completed automatically.
