ST149 automatic oil oxidation stability tester is designed and manufactured strictly according to the GB/T21121-2007 animal and plant oil oxidation stability measurement (accelerated oxidation test), the single chip microcomputer control, the liquid crystal LCD display, the automatic output result, the automatic printing.

During the determination of OSI (Oxidative Stability Index), the hot air at a certain temperature was put into the oil sample to accelerate the oxidation of glycerol fatty acid to produce volatile organic acid. The air brings volatile organic acids into a conductive chamber, where water dissolves the volatile organic acid and ionizes the ions, thus changing the conductivity of the water. The electrical conductivity of the conductive chamber is continuously measured by computer. When the conductivity increases sharply, Indicates the arrival of the end of the induction period, before which time becomes the OSI time
