Applicable standard of SH126E high temperature foam property tester: ASTM D6082 SH/T0722 High temperature foam property testing method of lubricating oil
The high-temperature foam property tester for lubricating oil is applicable to testing the foam property of lubricating oil at 150 ℃. Heat the sample to 49 ℃, keep the constant temperature for 30min, and cool it to room temperature, then transfer the sample to the specified measuring cylinder, heat it to 150 ℃, supply dry air to the metal diffusion head, ventilate for 5min, and measure the amount of static foam, the amount of moving foam, the amount of static foam, the time for foam to disappear, and the percentage of total volume increase at the moment before stopping the ventilation.
