SD262B Automatic aniline point tester (developed and produced by Shandong Shengtai Instrument Co., LTD.) is designed and manufactured according to the national standard OF the People's Republic of China GB/T 262 "Determination of aniline point and mixed aniline Point for petroleum Products and hydrocarbon solvents" and the test method requirements of the American standard ASTM D611. The instrument is suitable for the determination of aniline point in petroleum products and hydrocarbon solvents, as well as the mixed aniline point in products when the aniline point in the sample is lower than the aniline crystallization temperature in the mixture of aniline and sample.
Place a specified volume of aniline and the sample or aniline and the sample plus n-heptane in a test tube and stir the mixture. Heat the mixture at a controlled rate until the two phases in the mixture are completely miscible. Then the mixture was cooled at a controlled speed, and the temperature of the separation of the two phases of the mixture was recorded as the aniline point or mixed aniline point of the sample.
Instrument structure


SD262B Automatic aniline point tester is mainly composed of electronic control instrument box and aniline point detection module. Electric control instrument box is installed with switching power supply, main control circuit board, temperature control module, solid state relay, LCD touch screen, printer and other components. Aniline point detection module is located above the electronic control instrument box, including a pair of photoelectric sensor, aniline point test tube, soft shaft stirring motor, electric heating rod and temperature sensor.
