The SH201 flash vaporizer gasification injector is developed in accordance with GB/T3727-2003 Determination of Trace Water in Ethylene and Propylene for Industrial Use and GB/T 6023-1999 Determination of Trace Water in Butadiene for Industrial Use; Karl Fischer Coulomb Method.

It is used for the pretreatment of liquid hydrocarbon substances before analysis, and converts the liquid sample into gaseous hydrocarbon substances with equal composition, constant temperature, constant pressure, and controllable flow rate for easy analysis. The instrument adopts the sensor manufactured by international advanced technology, microcomputer technology, automatic measurement and control of gas mass flow, not limited by temperature and pressure, high accuracy and good repeatability.

The instrument adopts a high-definition color touch display, which can easily observe the instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate and temperature of the metal bath. The combination of the sample injector and the micro-moisture tester can ideally determine the moisture of various gases, especially suitable for the determination of moisture in liquid hydrocarbons.
