(1) Structure
St-016 automatic fatty acid freezing point tester (developed and produced by Shandong Shengtai Instrument Co., LTD.) consists of five parts.
It includes bath cooling system, bath heating system, motor stirring system, color touch screen man-machine interaction system and printing and export system.
The instrument bath uses alcohol as refrigerant, adopts compressor double mechanism cooling technology, the lowest temperature of bath can reach -30℃.
When the test is over, considering that some users will continue to do the test, the refrigerator will not be turned off, if not used or want to heat the bath can be manually operated.
If you want to heat or stop the cooling point, you can turn it on or off. The built-in heating system in the cold bath can make it warm up (above 15℃ or as required), or shut down automatically.
The instrument is equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen, which can display the temperature and temperature curve of the sample and cold bath in real time.
Users can set the expected freezing point in real time;
Modify the instrument time, after the end of the test, the instrument automatic printing results;
