Experimental steps:
Preparation work
1. After unpacking the instrument, please count the accessories according to the packing list. If there is any damage, please contact our company.
2. The instrument should be handled vertically. The tilt Angle should not exceed 30 degrees along the height of the instrument.
3. Connect the power supply of the instrument to the socket with a capacity of 220V/10A or above, and pay attention to having a good grounding wire.
Ii. Experiment process
1. Sampling: Flush the 1ml syringe with the sample to be tested.
2. Sample injection and determination
After sampling, click the "Start" button, and the instrument shows the status of "titration". The sample is injected into the anode room through the sample injection cock, and the titration starts automatically, with the water value increasing continuously.
Titration is finished, the buzzer rings, status information prompt: determination is finished.
When the printer is enabled, the measurement results will be printed.
If you want to change the calculation formula or relevant parameters in the formula before titration is finished, you can click "Set" - "Formula Selection" (- "Formula Parameter Setting") before titration is finished.

If you want to switch electrolysis current or start and stop stirring, click the "Electrolysis" and "Stir" buttons.
Click "Start" and the state of "Titration" will be displayed. The sample can be injected through the injector and the instrument will titrate automatically.
After titration, the measured water value is displayed and the measurement result is printed.
If you need to change the calculation formula, click the "Settings" button to enter the Settings menu interface

 


(1) Formula selection
Under this interface, you can click the formula to select to confirm.
Click the "Formula Parameter Setting" button in the upper right to enter the parameter setting interface of the selected formula.
The interface explains the parameters used in each formula:
Formula 1: F1=DT/(V*SG) PPM Measurement results /(sample volume × specific gravity)
Formula 2: F2=DT/(W-W) PPM Measurement results /(total sample weight -- tare weight)
Formula 3: F3=DT/W 'PPM measurement result/sample weight
Formula 4: F4=DT/(W/K) PPM Measurement results /(sample weight/dilution factor)
Formula 5: F5=DT ug measurement results (measured water value)

(2) Test records
This interface is the test data recording interface, and you can view the test result data recording of the previous test.
Click "up", "down" to scroll up or down the record.
Click "Clear" to pop up the prompt box of empty test record. Click "OK" in the prompt box to delete all data records.
(3) Print setting
This interface allows you to select Settings to enable or disable printers.
When the test is started, the test results will be printed automatically after the test is completed.
Do not print test results when disabled.
